So CMS based is a term that describes a website that is based or powered by a CMS.

VivaNet 2.0 has been developing CMS based websites since 2003 although at the time we didn’t call it a CMS, it was just the website administrator.

In the beginning we had developed our own custom CMS because Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress were either not popular or non-existent.

The primary CMS for websites created by VivaNet 2.0 is Joomla. We feel as if Joomla is a very versatile CMS as well as extremely user friendly.
